Since Elvira Jewellery items are all custom made, our return policy allows you 5 days to review your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, your credit card will be credited for the amount of your purchase (minus shipping & handling). After 5 days, no exchanges or returns will be issued. Please note, Elvira Jewellery does not issue returns or exchanges on special orders or sale items.
